Product process

  1. Define the challenge

    Together we define the objective, context, users and constraints to establish a shared framework for product decisions.

  2. Design the direction

    I turn that framework into a product proposal: scope, architecture, experience and visual identity, with explicit priorities.

  3. Build the product

    I design and develop a functional, integrated and deployed first version so decisions can be validated against a real product.

  4. Validate with evidence

    We validate the solution with the business and its users. What we learn becomes concrete decisions and priorities for the next iteration.

  5. Evolve with purpose

    We improve a solid foundation, applying design, technology and AI where they add value while avoiding unnecessary complexity.

I’m Bas Bravo, a product designer and developer. Basezero is my independent studio: I work directly with you to understand the problem, refine the idea and turn it into a production-ready solution. I own the complete journey, from strategy and experience through technology and launch.

I integrate AI throughout exploration, design, development, testing and product evolution. Moving fast is not enough: my experience brings the judgment needed to decide what to build, what to leave out and how to create a solid foundation without unnecessary complexity.

I work best with founders and teams who have a clear idea—or a specific problem—trust an open process and take part in the decisions. The goal is to put a useful first version in front of real people early and learn from it.
